(Initial review dated Nov 2022 was 4/5 stars)When I arrived, it wasn’t 100% clear which way to enter for certified services (I came in for an oil change and tire rotation). But this was my first time visiting the dealership in TX and it’s different from MI. My only complaint is once I pulled into the certified service driveway area where customers are expected to enter, no one was around to greet me and assist me at the time of my appointment. I decided to leave my car running and enter the establishment as I assumed they were busy helping other customers. There was no front desk or no one standing in the lobby to greet incoming customers. All employees were busy in their office—which is understandable. One gentleman saw me wandering around and guided me to the proper place. Once I was helped, everything was smooth. They quoted me an hour and a half for my services and it took exactly an hour and a half. I was pleased with the timeliness of the services. People were friendly and helpful. I went during a time they gave 50% off so that was a pleasant surprise that made me happy! The ease of scheduling and rescheduling my appointment was excellent. they respected my service dog while we waited in the waiting room. The atmosphere was pretty chilled. I do recommend this location and I look forward to returning. Thank you all for your time and attention on my vehicle. (Updated review May 2023 5/5 stars) When I first walked in, James approached me and immediately assessed my needs. Then, I worked with Sales Assoc, Josh, and he worked with me to ensure my needs were met and I was able to find and purchase the exact vehicle I wanted. His manager, Chris, sat down with me and answered all of my follow up questions. Carlos in finance, did an excellent job as well! All other staff was very polite and friendly and I felt like a valued customer. I came in with a 2020 GMC Terrain and left with a 2023 GMC Terrain— which ended up exceeding my expectations!
