I dropped my car off for a transmission and clutch concern. I'm new to manual transmissions and was unsure if the behavior was normal. My advisor today was not so great. Didn't keep me updated I had to go ask the manager for an update. I'm use to the service advisors keeping me updated while waiting on my vehicle. He didn't seem to care nor the manager. Very disappointed. When my car was done, he was short with me.
