As an out-of-state buyer who came down from Minnesota, I was amazed by the smoothness the whole car buying process was. I worked closely with Dejon Miller-Sykes who had immediate responses to my texts and calls and literally went out in the rain to take a detailed video and photos of the car I was highly interested in buying. Any stress that could be associated with an out of state purchase was eliminated with her true and honest sense of guidance during the whole process. The cherry on top was being picked up from the airport by Dejon in my soon-to-be car! Richie in the finance department also worked diligently to make sure all financing options were given and all tasks completed in the small timeframe that I provided for him.
