Unexpected flat tire on Saturday morning, contacted my wonderful advisor Patrick Williams and even though they were extremely busy, he invited to bring my vehicle in and wanted to arrange transportation which I didn't need, he indicated my vehicle will be ready within a couple of hours which it was, He kept me informed of the status of my car through out the process and when I arrived, my vehicle was washed and waiting on me. I cannot say enough great things about Patrick and Mercedes-Benz of Clear lake and honestly Patrick is the probably the main reason we keep buing Mercedes-Benz.
