This service department has improved tremendously. The work has always been good but their communication was the worst. This was our “last chance” visit and I’m so glad we did give them one more try because the communication was top notch. There wasn’t a massive line of cars waiting when we arrived. The car was ready when they said it would be and they called and sent a text to let us know. I’m not sure what changed but kudos to whoever fixed the problem! Only downside is that we had to book our appointment weeks in advance.
