My initial opinion of BMW of Annapolis was not favorable. I didn't feel like I was welcome in the showroom. I left and purchased my car at BMW of Rockville. My car was due for service and Annapolis is only 15 minutes from my home, so I scheduled my service there. You may never get a second chance to make a first impression but you sure can redeem yourselves. Justin in service and Ben in sales were FANTASTIC! Both were knowledgeable, pleasant and answered every question and Justin solved some issues I was having. Ben was a fountain of BMW and general car information.
