Busy, friendly, fair. I had to wait about 10 minutes before a service rep could check me in. They took care of my coolant servicing job in a very reasonable amount of time given that they were really bustling. Plus, they didn't overfill the reservoir like the last dealership did, so kudos for a job properly done! Will bring back for the next servicing task...I've bought from their parts counter too, and it was a positive experience.
