Jane K. was excellent. My insurance company was challenging to work with and Jane followed up regularly. She was thorough in her communication, kind and professional. The service department needs another receptionist during the day to answer phones. It is always a 5-10min wait when calling the main number. The receptionist are professional but they need help.
