Mark and the whole team at Shawnee mission Kia were super helpful every step of the way. They were able to get me into a new car within a few hours and made the process really painless and easy. My trade in was really beat up and I could tell they cared about getting me into a safer vehicle asap. I finished up my loan process with a woman who was super helpful and further explained the awesome warranty benefits that came with my car. Mark shook my hand and I was off in my new vehicle...but I stayed in the parking lot a few spare minutes to admire my new ride, as I drove out I noticed someone had been waiting in their car to make sure I drove off safely as it was getting dark out and I was alone.
