First off, Hayden with internet sales went above and beyond. He actually went and took a video of the first car before we drove 2 hours to let us see any imperfections it may have had. Super friendly and helpful. We didn't buy that one, however, DJ found us a great car on one of the other BH lots despite us coming to look at the first one. Clean, low mile, one owner, and great price too. Corey in Finance was also fast and friendly and didn't try and oversell me products I didn't want. We did extend the electronics warranty because of the tech on this Cadillac. It was a cash deal, so no trade in experience with this dealer. I worked in new car dealerships 16 years a long time ago. I can be very customer service critical. These people nailed it on a Saturday. Everyone was friendly and working to keep the customers happy. Good Job to all!
