I brought in my 2014 Z4 for a transmission problem. The steptronic feature was shifting into M1 and I could not get the car out of gear. I went to BMW Clear Lake. Mr. Joey Lane was my service advisor. Joey followed up after I dropped off the far. I had several issues addressed and corrected. When I went to get the car, I inquired about whether or not Joey had contacted my extended warranty provider. He promptly called them, reviewed the repairs, parts, and services required. On completing the call I was pleased to find i saved almost $3500 as a result of his following up. The trunk roundel was dislodged during washing, and after I took it back, Joey personally installed a new one. Great service, super attitude, and customer care that cannot be beat. I was really impressed by the level of service and their customer first attitude. Five Stars for sure
