Live in San Antonio and looked up ratings on the different KIA locations and found the highest is at KIA South Austin. I decided to call and make an appointment for an oil change and to my surprise got same day appointment. Arrived and Joseph was the most attentive customer representative who took the time to make the business transaction personal and memorable. He listened to my concerns and ensured they were addressed. Had to return the next day and he remembered my name. I will certainly return to continue my car service with them. The waiting area is nice and clean and the coffee machines offers several selections. Highly recommend! 10+🌟
