I've purchased my brand new truck 4 weeks ago and live almost 5 hours away from Columbus. This dealership and I started off on the wrong foot but they have made up for it!! This dealership is very professional from the "Car Man" and finance department to Stacey Day (Sales Manager), and GM Mike Holland. Seeing the teamwork, store morale, and overall enthusiasm to truly provide service and information to customers and prospective customers alike is a joy. I've purchased many vehicle but this dealership is the "creme de la creme" of dealerships. Called Stacey today about a GMC accessory I'm having trouble installing at my hometown GMC and he makes it a priority to find out the information and to help out my hometown dealership. Pretty amazing and definitely notice they want to keep things personable and dedicated to making good experiences happen. Would highly recommend anyone to check out Rivertown GMC to purchase or not... either way, pretty confident it will be a good experience.
