Just had my '22 1500 Ram in for a minor recall, which conveniently came over the info screen recently. Mike Smith service department is fantastic. My wife got there early for the appointment, 45 minutes, and they didn't bat an eye. Took a little information from her and pulled the truck right in and took care of the issue. She was leaving right at the scheduled appointment time.
